Where We Deliver
We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are based outside the UK and would like to be notified if this changes, feel free to get in touch.
Delivery Options
We offer a choice of delivery options at checkout so you can pick what works best for you. Current options include:
- Standard Delivery — 2-3 working days from dispatch
- Express Delivery — next working day from dispatch, for orders placed before our daily cut-off time
- Tracked Standard — 2-3 working days with full tracking included
All available options and their current costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Costs are calculated based on your location and the delivery method selected.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over a qualifying spend threshold. The current threshold is displayed at checkout and in the basket. Free delivery is applied automatically when your order meets the qualifying amount — no code needed.
Dispatch Timescales
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. During busy periods — such as promotional events, seasonal peaks or public holidays — dispatch may take a little longer. We will always communicate any significant delays that fall outside our standard timescales.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Estimated Delivery Timescales
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note these are estimates provided by our courier partners and not guaranteed delivery dates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the expected window, but occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including high courier volumes, adverse weather or access issues at the delivery address.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has left us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This will confirm that your order is on its way and include the name of the courier handling your delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept your delivery, your courier will typically leave a card through your letterbox with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or collection point. Most couriers will attempt delivery a second time automatically before returning the parcel.
If you know in advance that you won't be home, many of our courier partners allow you to leave a safe-place instruction or redirect to a neighbour via their app or website once you have your tracking details.
Undeliverable Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or the parcel being uncollected from a depot — we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that a second delivery charge may apply in this instance. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Delivery to Alternative Addresses
You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address — for example, a workplace or a gift recipient's home. Simply enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the parcel, particularly for express deliveries that require a signature.
Packaging
Every order leaves us in plain, unmarked outer packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate its contents or origin. The sender name on your parcel is completely neutral. This applies to every order, every time, without exception. Full details are covered in our Ordering section.
Something Went Wrong With Your Delivery?
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. If your parcel arrives damaged on the outside, please photograph it before opening where possible — this helps us raise a claim with the courier quickly.
