1. About Us
C'mon Baby is a UK-based adult retail store operated from Royal Leamington Spa, England. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. C'mon Baby does not knowingly sell to anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe this condition has not been met.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. Until that point, no contract exists between you and C'mon Baby.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed. All orders must be paid in full and funds must be cleared before any order is processed or dispatched. We do not hold or reserve stock against unpaid or pending orders.
5. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. C'mon Baby does not store full card details on our systems.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. C'mon Baby is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Notifications received outside this window may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the matter. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Unwanted Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unwanted items provided they are returned in their original, unopened packaging in a resaleable condition, with all seals and shrink wrap intact. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. 9. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been removed from its original packaging, used or handled without packaging intact. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is in line with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits retailers to restrict returns on sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard returns process applies. If you cancel a pre-dispatch order, any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5 working days.
11. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to their own terms, are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated. C'mon Baby reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
12. Product Descriptions & Imagery
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings. Product packaging may occasionally differ from that shown. These variations do not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C'mon Baby's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
14. Privacy & Data
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available separately on our website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the C'mon Baby website — including text, images, branding and design — is our property or licensed to us. Nothing may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase from C'mon Baby will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that transaction.
