Browsing & Choosing Your Products

Take your time. Our store is organised by category — vibrators, dildos, cock rings, lubricants and couples toys — so you can browse by what you're looking for or explore the full range. Each product page includes a full description, specifications, materials information and customer reviews. Use the filters to narrow by price, type or brand. If you know exactly what you want, the search bar at the top of the page will get you there fastest.

If you're unsure about anything on a listing before you buy, our contact page is always open.

Adding Items to Your Basket

Once you've found something you'd like, select any relevant options — such as colour or size where available — and click Add to Basket. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you like before checking out. To view your basket at any time, click the basket icon at the top right of the page.

To remove an item, open your basket and click the remove option next to the relevant product. Quantities can also be adjusted directly from the basket page before you proceed to checkout.

Applying a Discount or Promotional Code

If you have a promotional code, enter it at the checkout stage before payment. There will be a clearly marked field for this — the discount will be applied automatically once a valid code is entered. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, and only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. If your code isn't working, check it hasn't expired and that the items in your basket qualify. Still not working? Contact us before placing your order.

Creating an Account vs. Guest Checkout

You have the option to create an account or check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view your order history and save your delivery details for future purchases — making the whole process quicker next time. Guest checkout is available if you'd prefer not to register. Either way, your personal details are handled with complete discretion and in line with our Privacy Policy.

Entering Your Delivery Address

At checkout you'll be asked to enter your delivery address. Please double-check every line carefully — including your postcode — before confirming your order. We dispatch to the address provided and are unable to make changes once an order has been processed. If you spot a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before it leaves us.

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, along with any additional payment options displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through a fully secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our systems.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing your order. We do not offer pay-later, credit or invoice options at this time. Your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment has cleared — we do not hold or reserve stock against pending payments.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please check your card details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank in the first instance as this is most commonly a restriction applied at their end rather than a problem with our checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This will include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, your delivery address and your estimated dispatch timeframe.

Please keep this email — you will need your order number if you contact us about your order.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of ordering, check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave us, you'll receive a follow-up email — details of what happens from that point are covered in our Delivery Information section.
