Returns Policy

Returning an item to C'mon Baby

Our Returns Promise

We want every purchase from C'mon Baby to be right for you. If for any reason it isn't, our returns process is straightforward — provided the conditions below are met. Please read this page carefully before sending anything back.

Returning an Unwanted Item

If you would like to return an item simply because you no longer need or want it, you are welcome to do so under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals, shrink wrap and any accessories intact and undisturbed
  • The item must be in a fully resaleable condition

We are unable to accept returns on any item where the original packaging has been opened, removed or damaged in any way. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and is in line with UK consumer law. No exceptions can be made to this condition regardless of circumstance.

Getting Your Returns Code

Before sending anything back to us, you must obtain a returns code. Returns sent without a valid returns code will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your cost.

To get your returns code, contact us via the returns section of our website or through our Contact Us page. Please have your order number ready. Once your return is approved and your code has been issued, you will receive clear instructions on where to send your item and how to reference your return correctly.

Do not send any item back to us before you have received your returns code.

Postage & Handling

For items being returned simply because they are no longer wanted or needed, the following applies:

  • Return postage is your responsibility. The cost of sending the item back to us is not covered or reimbursed by C'mon Baby. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
  • Handling charge — at the discretion of C'mon Baby, a handling fee of up to 5% of the original item value may be deducted from your refund. Where a handling charge applies, you will be informed of this before your return is confirmed so you can make an informed decision. This charge covers the cost of inspecting, processing and restocking the returned item.

Packing Your Return

All returns must be packed discreetly. Please ensure the outer packaging you use to return the item gives no indication of its contents. This is for your privacy as much as ours. Returns that arrive without discreet outer packaging may be refused at our discretion.

Inside the parcel, please include:

  • The item in its original, unopened product packaging
  • Your returns code clearly marked on the outside of the parcel or on a note inside
  • Your order number for reference

Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your return has been accepted. If accepted, your refund — minus any applicable handling charge — will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of that confirmation.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions set out in this policy — for example, if the original packaging has been opened or the item shows signs of use — we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you.

Items Returned Without Authorisation

Any item returned to us without a valid returns code, outside the 30-day window, or not meeting the conditions above will not be processed as a return. C'mon Baby reserves the right to return such items to the sender. Any associated postage costs in this scenario are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

This policy covers unwanted returns only. If your item arrived damaged, developed a fault or is not as described, please refer to our Warranty Policy for the appropriate process.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are unsure of your rights, the Citizens Advice Bureau at citizensadvice.org.uk is a helpful independent resource.

If you have any questions about a return before initiating the process, please contact us first — we're always happy to talk it through.
